1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Qara'a mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. Description of the App

Qara'a is an AI-powered mobile application designed to assist users in learning Qur’an recitation. The App provides interactive lessons, personalized AI-driven feedback, and a structured curriculum to help you improve your recitation skills.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parent or guardian to use the App.

3.2 Account Registration and Security

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the integrity of your account data.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and In-App Purchases

4.1 Subscription Services

Qara'a offers subscription-based access to premium content and features. Subscription payments are processed via Apple’s App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

4.2 Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription through your respective platform’s settings. Note that cancellation does not refund fees already paid and may affect your access to premium features.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds for subscription fees or in-app purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store or Google Play according to their respective refund policies. Qara'a does not offer direct refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership and Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided on or through the App are the exclusive property of Qara'a or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, images, audio clips, and the underlying software code.

5.2 License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms & Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any use beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our explicit written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Qara'a or any third party.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, whether express or implied. Qara'a expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Qara'a be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6.3 Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy in our content and AI-generated feedback, Qara'a does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information provided through the App. Users are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

7. Compliance with Laws

Qara'a is committed to complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including the regulations set forth by the Indonesian Informatics Ministry for Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik (PSE). You agree to use the App only in accordance with these legal requirements.

8. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App—including these Terms & Conditions—at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or if we determine that such action is necessary for the security or integrity of the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qara'a regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
